We announce the death of Gene Vea of Price, Utah, who passed away on October 16, 2026, at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Vea and Pauline Kishell. He is survived by: his wife Claudia; his children, Michael Vea (Bonita), Kerri Bell (Brian) and Monica Mabry (Mike); and his sisters, Barbara Blackburn (Gayle) and Janice Gordon (Ronnie). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (5 S Main St, Helper, UT 84526). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Anthony's Church in Gene's memory.
