He was predeceased by : his parents, Tharol Howell and Arzella Belliston Howell. He is survived by : his wife Garna Gay Sillitoe; his children, Gaylene, Carolyn (Kimball), Terry (Kathy), Brent (Patricia), Brenda (Lee) and Christopher (Cassie); his brothers, Richard (Marie), Ray Carl (Shirley) and Steven (Ann); and his cousins, Lawana Bateman and Judy Ellertson. He is also survived by 19 grandkids.
