He is survived by: his son Kent Matthew Abeyta (Cynthia); his wife Sally; his sons, Bill (Daijiro), Gary and Danny (Stephanie); and his siblings, Chuck (Carolyn), Loretta Jewkes (Tom), Margaret Alves (George) and Carol. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.
