He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice "Bud" and Mary "Ruth" Manchester; and his in-laws, Maxine and Kenneth "Blackie" Walters. He is survived by: his wife Gina; his sons, Jack and Jason (Heidi); his grandchildren, Ryan, Kenny (Makayla), Jake, Jase and Nathan; and his sister Susan (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home - Price (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the East Carbon City Cemetery East Carbon.
