He was predeceased by : his parents, Chris G. Jorgensen and Ada E. Slaugh; his sisters, Ana Lou Birch (Jorgensen) and Aleen Dubray (Jorgensen); and his brother-in-law Ben Blackburn.
He is survived by : his siblings, Renee Blackburn and Lynn Jorgensen (Deanna Butler). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
