He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Martinez and Benjamin Martinez (Nettie); his daughters, Emma Rose and Lilith Dawn (Jacqulyn Martinez); his siblings, Alex (Keara), Quill and Brooklynn; his stepsiblings, Kameron and Morgan; and his grandparents, Kelly and Tony.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
