He is survived by: his siblings, Tamera Starr Manhard Ellis, Billy Elgin, Jason Manhard, Michael Paul Manhard and Michelle Rubio. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, nephews, and so many friends; and his dog Bear, who was his loving companion.
