He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Cloward and Lisa Kelly; and his grandparents, Doyal and Verla Cloward. He is survived by: his daughter Katelynn Cloward; his granddaughter Layla Emery; and his sister Jennifer Cloward. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to Mitchell Funeral Home in Memory of Kelly.
