He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack A. Johnson and Joyce Cima Johnson; his in-laws, Kenneth and Anita Bettino Litster; his siblings-in-law, Dick Fazzio, Diana Litster and Kevin Litster; and his nephews, Anthony Jensen and Dusty Litster.
He is survived by: his wife Tami Litster; his sisters, Steffeny Fazzio, Peggy Rasband and Tamela Johnson-Tannenbaum (Larry); and his siblings-in-law, Douglas Litster and Robin Jensen (Gary Grant). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
