He is survived by: his mother Toni Jean Vodopich Hurst; his wife Laura Hurst; his children, Dallas Hurst (Clarissa), McCoy Hurst (Lacey), Mollee Williamson (Tray) and Maddee Wells (Trevor) of Ephraim, UT; his grandchildren, Dottie, Valey, Brooks and Winona; his siblings, Heather Bettinson (Troy) and Frank Hurst (Tara); his in-laws, Earl Cullum (Sue) and Lawrence; and his siblings-in-law, Earl J. Cullum, Price, Tricia Cullum, Marti Grange (Mikie) and Lawrence. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
