She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Elmo and Florence Pearl Jensen Broadhead; her husband Billy Joe "B. J." Hawkins; and her son-in-law Jonathan Kamm. She is survived by: her children, Donna Walter (David) of Vevay, IN., Karen Wade (Shock) of Grants, NM., Douglas Nelson, Jr. (Nacole) of Mason, OH. and Angie Wiersma (Chris) of Roosevelt, UT.; her siblings, Rosemary Lee (Eldridge), Price, Glenna Wall (Scott) of Wallsburg, UT and Jack Broadhead (Kathy) of Kamas, UT; her sister-in-law Carol Blackburn (Wellington); and her grandmother Linda. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and a community of friends.
