She is survived by: her husband Kevin Tucker of Wellington; her children, Ryan Schade (Melanie) of Price, Tracey Duncan (David) of Wellington and Rebecca Ouren (Michael) of West Jordan; her siblings, Roslyn Jensen (Jerry) of Scottsdale, AZ and Roy Forsgren (Kimberly) of Longmont, CO; her grandchildren, Tyler Schade (Cammie) of Price, Maygun Axelsen (Darren) of Price, Jaxson Schade of Huntington, Serenity Schade of Price, DaNell Rasmussen (Donny Daniels) of Huntington, Taylor Rasmussen (Kaytlyn Cripps) of Wellington, Schydi Fausett (Jayson) of Castle Dale, Leyton Rasmussen (Kaytie) of Price, Wyatt Curtis, Bryndie Curtis of Wellington, Caleb, Zaric, Zaden and Faith Ouren of West Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Conner Hales, KenZLee Schade, Charlie Fausett and Lainey Rasmussen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wellington City Cemetery (2 Cemetery Rd, Wellington, UT 84542).
