She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Gutierrez; her mother Nancy Ann Martinez; her grandfather Albert H. Slama; and her great-grandparent Ella B. Slama. She is survived by: her father Patrick Martinez (Wellington); her daughter Stevie Ruth Ann; her grandmother Marylou Slama (Price); and her stepsons, Dominic Gutierrez, Price and Richie Gutierrez. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
