He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Nicole, TJ, Trevor (Malinda), Heather (Scott), Brookelle (Mikel), Kerissa (Joe), Michael (Rachel) and Elizabeth (Oakley); and his siblings, Debbie, David (Suzanne), Jeff, April (Kirk) and Larry Dean. He is also survived by many grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
