He is survived by: his wife Lori Kluzek of Los Lunas, NM; his children, Lili Ana Kluzek of Los Lunas, NM, Joselyn "Marcy" Kluzek (Kaden Jordan) of Ogden, UT, Gregory Jorgensen of Castle Dale, UT, Griffen Jorgensen (Denise Jenson) of Coalville, UT and Joseph Jorgensen of Rock Springs, WY; his brothers, Mark Kluzek (Kathy) of Wapello, IA, Paul Kluzek (Kathy) of Brackettville, TX and Erik Kluzek (Vicki) of Longmont, CO; his brother-in-law Kevin Peacock (Charlene) of Orangeville, UT; his mother-in-law Karen O Peacock of Orangeville, UT; his granddaughter Anysia; and his great grandchild Peyton. He is also survived by six nieces, five nephews and a great many extended family members and friends.
