She is survived by: her children, Noula Lowe (James) and Loren Limberis (Jaclyn); her sister Irene Anastasopoulos (Stathis); her grandchildren, Ariel Ogas (Damian), Spencer Graff (Destiny), Peter J. Mantas, Katerina V. Mantas, Katelyn V. Limberis and Marc Arrambide; and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Dean Graff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with her final wish, she made the selfless decision to donate her body to the University of Utah Body Donor Program so that future generations may benefit from medical education and research.
