He is survived by: his mother JoLene Bentley Safley of Price; his wife Laurie Sue Peterson Safley; his children, Garrett Safley (Stevie) of Price, Jessica Christensen (Cody) of Helper and Emily Safley of Price; his siblings, Brent Safley (Lisa) of Pleasant Grove, Raymond Safley (Danielle) of Wellington and Ellie Dotson (Ray) of West Valley; his siblings-in-law, Alan Peterson (Tami) of Wellington, Todd Peterson (Cindy) of Elko, Nevada and Debbie Fredrickson (Glen) of Price; and his grandchildren, Riley Christensen, Brinleigh Christensen, Jentry Christensen, Avery Safley, Adalynn "Addy" Safley and Cody "Ridge" Christensen. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
