He was predeceased by: his parents, Cathy Henningson and Dan Allen. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Allen; his children, Chris Allen, Josh Allen, Chantelle Allen, Nathan Allen, Kenneth Allen (Ashley), Candace Westenskow (Cody) and Robbie Allen; and his brothers, Travis Allen (Cindy) and Tim Allen (Laura). He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
