He is survived by: his wife Michelle Slaughter; his daughters, Cheyanne and Ashlyn Slaughter; his mother Iona Slaughter; his sister Patricia Davis (Guy); his in-laws, Dave Babcock (Gaye) and Lorrie Archer; and his pets, Zoey and Vinny. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mitchell Funeral Home - Price (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at the Cliffview Cemetery (1600 E 8th N, Price, UT 84501).
