We announce the death of Tammy Olson Hoffman of Price, Utah, who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 74. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence Charles and Helen Kuretich Olson; and her husband David Hoffman.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A vigil service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
