She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Loyn Blacker and Mabel May Blacker; and her stepson Jared. She is survived by : her siblings, Paul Blacker (Lynn), Ruth Waite (Laren), Mary Chugg, Beth Levanger (Terry) and John Blacker (Mary); her children, Kimberly Earl (Gary), Gregory Stott (Amanda), Matthew Stott (Becca), Gary Stott (Becky), Kevin Stott (Angie), Hyrum and Amanda Moser (Adam); her stepchildren, Joel Cobia and Michelle Peterson; her husband Cliff Cobia; her son Marc; and her brother-in-law Bryce Chugg. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
