Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson Family Mortuary (4780 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Provo City Cemetery (610 S State St, Provo, UT 84606).
