He is survived by: his daughters, Iris and Lylah Payne; his parents, John Rulon Payne and Edith Eilene Castle; and his siblings, Andrea (Kyle), Joshua (Adrienne), Jonny (Sarah), Racquel (Josh), Katelyn (Peter) and Morgan (Alyssa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
