She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Belliston and Leona Belliston; and her spouse Parley Leland Belnap. She is survived by : her close friends, David (Julie), Dan (Laura), Kevin (Catherine), Lynn (Janeal), Newell (Rebecca), Sandra (Steven) and Steven (Hiroko); and her siblings, Ara, Nancy, Ward, Pete, Brent, Don, Blanche and Elizabeth. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oak Hills 1st Ward (1038 N 1200 E St, Provo, UT 84604). A burial was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Utah Cemetery (5301 South 6300 West).

In 1951, she skipped her senior year in high school to enter the University of Utah as a Ford Foundation scholarship student, part of an experiment to see if some students could start college early.
