He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Duke Miller and Dale Brady Miller; and his son Andrew. He is survived by: his children, Stephen, Paul, Brent, Karen, Connie, Judy, Julie, Aaron and Nathan; his wife Letia; his children, Haven, Aspen (Seth), Brook (Collin) and Austin (Oaklie); and his grandchildren, Zeniya and Rex.
