He was predeceased by : his siblings, Quinten, Everett, Reedola, Maxine and Nadine.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Jo Tomlinson; his brothers, Floyd Lowe and Jim Lowe; and his children, Cindy Garrett (Steve), Kevin Lowe, Linda (Ron Rollman) and Rex Tomlinson (Anna).

Visitation was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sunset 5th Ward Chapel (1402 S 570 W St, Provo, UT 84601).
