He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Max and Beth Casper Carter. He is survived by: his wife Gaylynn Bird; his daughter Robin Lynn Walker (Spring Lake); his grandsons, Klayson, Tristyn and Braxtyn Root; and his sisters, Sherri Carter (Riverton) and Ricki Carter (American Fork).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Berg Mortuary - Provo (185 E Center St, Provo, UT 84606). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Berg Drawing Room Chapel (185 E Center St, Provo, UT 84606).
