Cook; her sons, Randall Cook (Janette) of Washington, John Cook (Karen) of American Fork, Greg Cook (Julie) of Pleasant Grove and Joe Cook (Melissa) of St. George, Utah; her sister Nicki Backman (Tom) of St. George, Utah; her nieces, Jenny Woods (Dave) of Nevada, Emily Kroening (Jeff) of Wisconsin and Gretel Patch (Chris) of Saudi Arabia; and her nephew Noah Backman of Wisconsin. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
