He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Mae and Earl Albert Groo; his wife Janice Elwell; his siblings, Peggy, Leonard, Dennis, Roger and JoAnn; his son-in-law Dale Marrott; his grandchildren, Shawna and Dallas; and his great grandchild Grace.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Groo (Janice), Wendy Marrott (Russ) and Jackie Jarvis (Dell); and his siblings, Alan, Neldon, Don and LeeAnn. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
