He was predeceased by: his mother Eugina Martinez; his sister Jackie; and his aunt Della. He is survived by: his siblings, Fresquez, Bobby, Albert Martinez, Gregory Martinez and Trujillo; and his grandchildren, Esperanza, Julie, Nayelli, Mathias, Armani and Max. He is also survived by his dad, Aunty's and Uncles and cousin's, brothers and sister, Nieces, nephews.
