He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phillip Addis and Ruth Addis (Harris); his son Kevin Addis (Deanne); his siblings, Beth Hone and Tom Addis; his grandchildren, Mickie Anderson, Steve Steele (Kim), Shantele Addis, Devin Addis (Aspen), Desiree Addis, Casey Bair, Nathan Shepherd, Heather Shepherd and Crystal Eastman; his stepgrandchildren, Jesse Washburn (Miranda), Nicholas Washburn and Tiffany Washburn; his wife Norene Addis; and his daughter Paulette Addis. He was also cherished by 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Berg Mortuary - Provo (185 E Center St, Provo, UT 84606). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
