He was predeceased by: his grandfather Smurf; his parents, Elmer F. Nelson and Olive De St. Jeor; his sisters, Joyce Giles and Jean Reid; and his daughter Lorie Ann Christiansen.
He is survived by: his former wives, Nancy Cox and Dorothy Sisneros; his pet Betty; his children, Nicole Willson, Stacy Lassen (Darryn) and Jon Christiansen (Sandra); his grandchildren, Dylan Slade (Savannah), Hunter Lassen (Emily), Kaylee Lassen, Makayla Christiansen, Michael Healey, Mckay Healey and Katlyn Willson; and his great grandchildren, Oakley Slade and Ridge Lassen.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Berg Drawing Room Chapel (185 E Center St, Provo, UT 84606). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
