It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerry Tuft in Provo, Utah, born in Richfield, Utah, who passed away on February 27, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Betty Lynn and Wayne Lynn Tuft; his siblings, Jeffrey, Jody, Courtney, Joanne, Jeanne, Candy and Melodie; his wife Dorcas Ruth Hunter; and his children, Jennifer Maxwell (Quentin), Trenton Tuft (Sarah), Brenda Hendrickson (Ron), Dustin Tuft (Susannah), Kellie Asmus (Jerry) and DeAnna Ashworth (Bryan). He was also cherished by family: 27 grandchildren, his children, two grandchildren, and three in-laws.
