He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Smith and Floralba Smith; his sister Sandy Smith; and his niece Bella Florabla Smith. He is survived by : his son Cooper Glen Smith; and his siblings, Mary Louise Smith, Catherine Hayes, Debora Miles, Roy Smith, Patricia Rivera, Marilé Borget, Joseph Smith, Laura Faumui and Paul Smith.

Viewing was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Grandview 6th Ward Chapel (1600 N 1880 W St, Provo, UT 84604). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
