It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Marcia Billings in Provo, Utah, born in Pasco, Washington, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Luther Lyal and Jennie Rebecca Warren Stringham; her spouse Russell McBeth Billings; and her sister Ann Louise. She is survived by : her children, Becky Higginson (Mike), Mindy Maddox (Dave), Joanna Driggers (Dalton) and Russell Billings; and her sister Joanne Christensen. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
