Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Nelson Family Mortuary (4780 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery (420 S 400 E, Spanish Fork, UT 84660).
