She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jennings and Henriett Grace Johnson; her husband Delbert Elkins; her siblings, Grant, Earl and Betty; and her great grandchild Devin.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Carter and D'Ann Carter; and her grandchildren, Chris, Samantha, Kelly, Nick, Nad'a and Bryan. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
