He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan Ray Baer and Pearl Agnes Strohl; his wife Ruth Baer; his daughter Julie Baer; and his siblings, Marcile Hoghe (Gayle), Mildred Parker (Don), Thelma Gamble (Paul), Dorothy Pollock (James), Ernest, Everett, Carl, Robert, Calvin (Betty), Donald and Jerry.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Jenkins (Cory), Larry Baer (Holly), Cindy Baer and Lisa Baer; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Linnell and Rosemary Baer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Grandview Stake Center (1122 Grand Ave, Provo, UT 84604). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Provo City Cemetery (610 S State St, Provo, UT 84606).
