It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Offret (Provo, Utah), who passed away on January 5, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of JoAnn Offret to pay them a last tribute.

Covid was hard on her because she couldn't hug strangers at the grocery store to cheer them up--one of her favorite things to do.

So, in lieu of flowers, we have set up a memorial fund to help the patients at Dr. Esplin's office that need assistance.
