She is survived by: her mother Cherese Macedone (Menhorn); her husband Jonathan Tyler Haley-Macedone; her son Maximus Tyler Haley-Macedone; and her siblings, Janet (Daren), James Jr. (Nancy), Jeffrey (Randalynn), John (Antida), Joseph (Brooke), Jacob, Josh (Richelle), Jordan (Megan), Jalyn (Moroni), Jessi, Joanna, Jackson, Jamayka (Patrick) and Jade.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Nelson Family Mortuary (4780 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Orem Cemetery (1520 N 800 E, Orem, UT 84097).
