He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Beth Miller Hakanson; his sons, Justin, Jake and Ben; his grandsons, Phineas, Gideon and Hamish; and his parents, Milt Hakanson and Nona Hakanson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home (646 E 800 N, Orem, UT 84097). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Sharon 6th Ward (545 S 800 E, Orem, UT 84097).
