She is survived by: her parents, Dan Farr and Deborah Farr; her husband Scott Rose; her siblings, Karen Hopkin, Eric Farr and Brent Farr; her children, Kyle Rose (Kimberly), Hannah Roth (Alex), Andrew Rose (Kaley) and Mitchell Rose; and her grandchildren, Reese, Wesley, Avery and Rowan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kristin Rose Foundation.
