He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Prevost and Lorna Ahlstrom; his sister Beverly; his daughter-in-law Keri Allen; and also Shantale.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Chris, Amber (Jason) and Dillon (Becky); his siblings, Keith (Carol) and Linda; and his stepchildren, Shon Allen, Corey Allen and Marniee Farnworth (Deny). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren as well as many special friends, nieces and nephews.
