She was predeceased by : her parents, Jeff Olsen and Merlynn Olsen. She is survived by : her children, Carrie Smith (Mike), Brad Nicholes (Susan), Mike Nicholes (Michelle), David Nicholes (Heidi), Dana Clements (Brian), Ryan Nicholes (Janae) and Brooke Hatch (Travis); and her stepsons, David Patten (Michelle) and Jeff Patten (Janeen).

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (3408 Celeste Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84109).
