She is survived by: her husband John Jobgen; her sons, Bradley Schmehl of Winchester and Steven Taylor of Charlottesville, Virgina; her stepdaughters, Stephanie Jobgen-Taylor and Nicole Jobgen of Wildomar; her grandchildren, Jacob, Sienna, Imagine, Brody and Ella; and her sister Debbie England of Corvallis, Oregon.. She is also survived by friends, neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages those wishing to honor Luanne's memory to support organizations and causes dedicated to strengthening the community she loved.
