She is survived by: her husband Steven Martinez; her brothers, Larry Smithing and Brent Smith; her children, Jonathan Martinez, Trisha Martinez Miner (Johnny), Tracy Martinez, Natalie Martinez Rix (Matt), Nathan Martinez, Julie Martinez Gale (Romullo Rocha) and Christina Martinez; and her grandchildren, Mazey, Brett, Alden, Natalie, Harrison, Brandon, Olivia, Enzo, Ethan, Jack, Maxwell and Maverick.
Mary's Christlike compassion shone brightly as she cared for Steve throughout his battle with Parkinson's disease until his passing in 2009.
