It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Mayhew in Provo, Utah, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nielson (Jack) and Dorothy Nielson. She is survived by: her husband Mike Mayhew; her children, Lindsay Jones (Ryan) and Emerson Zamora (Heather); her grandchildren, Aly Jones, Jayde Hatch (Tyler), Jackson Jones, Talmage Jones, Porter Jones, Claire Zamora, Ava Zamora and Elise Zamora; her siblings, Nancy Futrell, Amy Thompson, John Nielson, Carol Nielson, Gayle Hoffman and Bonnie Bingham; and her sister-in-law Kim Guymon.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the American Fork 13th Ward (975 N 60 E, American Fork, UT 84003). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
