He was predeceased by: his daughter Amanda Gade; and his parents, Robert Gade and Dolores Gade. He is survived by: his grandsons, Elijah and Braxton Berg; his daughter Lindsay Boone; his grandchildren, Kaiya, Dawson, Rowen and Easton; his son Cameron Gade (Ashley Gade); his granddaughter Gemma; his daughters, Calli Gade and Mariah Williams (Garrett Williams); his granddaughters, Lila, Ava and Elena; and his siblings, Alice Bensemon (Rick Bensemon), Dawn Christenson (Allen Christenson) and Gary Gade (Leslie Gade).
Whether teaching in church settings or offering quiet acts of service, Mike exemplified charity, humility, and selflessness.
