She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Daniel Bailey and Mary Imogene Hill; her husband Howard Lee Dowlearn, Jr.; and her daughter LaVonne Thomas. She is survived by: her sister Linda Phelps; her sister-in-law Dorothy Smith-Martinez; and her children, Tamme Chilton, Rob Pannoni, Herbert Dowlearn, Teresa Coombs, Laurel Nixon and Patrick Dowlearn. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, a large and beloved extended family, and many treasured friends.
