He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Beck Page (Uttech) and Kenneth E. Beck; his grandparents, Nordian, Mildred Uttech (Pieper), Edwin and Elvira Beck; and his cousins, Medea Meyer and Jason Beck.

He is survived by: his friend Lyndsey Skladanek; his stepfather Herbert Page (Buzz) of Watertown; his brother Landon Beck (Jessica) of Colorado; his children, Amy Beck of Watertown and Nathan Livingston of Janesville; his aunts, LuAnn Tippel (Al) of Adell, Carla Meyer of Warren, MI and Arlene Holzhueter of Watertown; his stepmother Cheryl Beck; and his stepsiblings, Craig Godfroy, Keith Godfroy and Lisa Morris of Watertown.

Following his death, Nathan was able to save four lives by donating his heart, liver, and kidneys through Versiti.
